Required training at the FEMA web page, http://emilms.fema.gov/: IS-100 a, an Introduction to the Incident Command System. This course is required of MOVVC members for credentialing for response to an animal disease emergency. The course is easy to take, proceed step-by-step, the exam should be taken on-line, and a certificate of completion should be printed. Also, at this site are very worthwhile courses: IS-10, Animals in Disaster, Modules A & B, and IS-800.B, National Response Framework, An Introduction.
