| Sugar came to our family in May 1994, when she was about six months old. She was full of energy and loved to catch a Frisbee and terrorize squirrels in the backyard (although she never caught one, and we think they liked the game as well as she did). She watched our kids grow up, although she never seemed to grow old until the last two years of her life, when she at last was slowed by arthritis and diabetes. She rested at last in September 2008. She was our faithful friend and loving companion. |
